0space ("we", "us", "our") operates the Closa AI companion service available at lockness.xyz and related applications (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — email address, display name, and authentication identifiers (including wallet addresses if you connect one).
• Conversation data — text and voice messages you exchange with your companion, used to provide responses and to power the long-term memory feature.
• Voice data — audio input is processed to generate transcripts and responses. Voice recordings are not retained longer than needed for processing unless you enable memory features.
• Customization data — avatars, outfits, personalities, scenes, and other content you create or purchase.
• Usage & device data — log data, device type, browser, approximate region, and interaction events used for analytics and abuse prevention.

3. How we use information

• Provide, personalize, and improve the Service.
• Enable companion memory so conversations feel continuous — you can view and delete stored memories at any time.
• Process purchases and marketplace transactions.
• Maintain safety, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms.
• Communicate service updates (you can opt out of marketing).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private conversations for advertising.

4. AI processing

Responses are generated by AI models. Your messages may be processed by trusted model providers under data-processing agreements that prohibit them from using your content to train their models without consent. AI output can be inaccurate — see our Terms for important disclaimers.

5. Storage & security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply access controls, monitoring, and periodic reviews. No system is 100% secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as required by law.

6. Sharing

We share data only with: service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, AI inference, payments), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Public marketplace listings you publish are visible to other users.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. You can delete individual memories, whole conversations, or your entire account from settings — deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children; contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect.
