1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Closa AI companion service operated by 0space at lockness.xyz and related applications (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides interactive 3D AI companions with voice conversation, long-term memory, customization tools, and a marketplace for digital items. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

3. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account, including connected wallets.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the underlying AI models or other users' data.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, is malicious, or violates others' rights.
• Circumvent safety systems, rate limits, or payment requirements.

5. AI content disclaimer

Companion responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate despite our safeguards, and do not represent the views of 0space. The Service is for entertainment and companionship — it is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

6. Subscriptions, payments & marketplace

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Marketplace items (avatars, voices, personalities, scenes) are licensed, not sold — you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them within the Service.
• Prices may change with notice before your next billing cycle.

7. Your content & intellectual property

You retain rights to content you create. You grant us a licence to host and process it to operate the Service. The Service, its software, models, characters, and branding remain the property of 0space and its licensors. Creations you publish to the marketplace are subject to the marketplace rules in effect at the time of listing.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
